AI Backed Damage Reports
DRNZ acumen doesn't begin and end in the air.
On the ground, we have a team of high-level report generators who look over the AI determination and verify with human knowledge what the Artificial Intelligence classified as damage and ensures that there are no false positives.
The AI does a great job, but there are a lot of nuances that come from several years of experience that, to date, a computer cannot replicate or take into account.
The AI image detection software compares the anomalies found on the roof during the scan against tens of thousands of photos of damage/issues confirmed by insurance carriers, contractors, public adjusters, independent adjusters, etc. This provides a third party, objective standard that avoids much of the back and forth, opinion-based arguments that occur between contractors and insurance adjusters.
